Such a tiny pill, so why I feel so bad???

What pill I am talking about 💊? I mean vitamins. This article will be short, but I found this information useful, because I had this problem personally. One time I bought vitamins at the Big Lots (uh oh) and each time I took one in a morning, I felt nausea. It was surprising, because I used to take vitamins before and never had this problem. I thought that I bought bad quality vitamins, so after few “almost threw up”, I threw them away. Maybe it was dumb of me, and maybe everybody else know why it happened, but I didn’t. Then I got some nice vitamins for women – good reviews, etc. I took a pill in a morning, and guess what happened? Yep, I felt nausea again. So, I decided to research this matter and it wasn’t hard to find an answer. Apparently, when you take a vitamin pill on an empty stomach, the pill which is not a coated capsule dissolves way too fast, which irritates your stomach and as a result, makes you nauseous. Thus, it is absolutely normal, you just need to eat first or take vitamins with food. Of course, you can try to have vitamins in coated capsules (it does help! That’s what I used to take) or chewable, for example, but it is still a good practice to eat first (or during) and not irritate your stomach. I want to mention, that if eating first still doesn’t help, you really should consult with your doctor.
Conclusion: it is not something unusual, if you feel nauseous after taking a vitamin pill 💊. You just need to take vitamins after or with food! 🍗 😋

My love… green and tasty

Today I want to share my love… to salads (not to a green weed, if anyone thought so 😅)! I love salads. They are healthy, taste great and there are so many variations of them! What is my favorite dinner? Salad 🌿. And you can see it on the a picture, where Happy The Egg enjoying his time. It is very easy to make even after the hard day at work: some green leaves, some tomatoes, and onions. Also can add l bell peppers, feta cheese and shrimps or chicken as protein. After that finishing touch: drizzle of olive oil (remember what I said about olive oil? Better make sure it was made in Europe!) and lemon some juice on top of that (salt and pepper as you wish) – that’s it! Done! Healthy dinner, which will make you happy and your weight stable. My boyfriend also loves salads that I make, you just need to put some soul into the cooking process 💖😋

First post of the new month!

I decided that first post of every month will contain wellness tips related to other things, rather than food. I want to share this very nice exercise that I discovered once on internet and using it since. Why it is so wonderful? Because it is very easy, takes only 20 seconds and with time it does work! Couldn’t believe it myself, but my butt does look better now! If you are busy, tired, you still can do it every day, because it is just 20 seconds! Of course, you can do it more often then once a day, it will be even better 😉 What I find also important, that it is so easy and fast, that it isn’t hard to make it a habit, because most of exercising plans fail, since we start doing too much right away and just getting “a hangover”.
So, what is this magic position 🙌? It is very similar to the yoga position named Chair Pose. I am attaching picture that came with this article about this pose, which is not written on English. So yeah, once or twice a day, 20 seconds, just stand still in this position and it will be a great beginning of your exercising routine! This position can work for any gender, if you don’t have any knees problems.
