Time to wake up! Ice face washing!

I am sorry, this supposed to be The First Post of The New Month (it is about wellness, but does not involve food), however, I was so busy at work, that I missed one week previously 😓 Either way, no more time to waste, lets dig in!

I think everybody knows that cold ❄ preserves things from decomposition (open your freezer and receive evidences, if you don’t believe me), so can it also help your skin to stay younger longer or it will just damage the skin? I hate cold, personally, but I couldn’t walk away from this opportunity. From the ancient times ice was used by royal women as a treat for their skin. Every woman wanted (and still wants) to stay young as long as possible. I am no exception, so I use ice cubes!
Cold tighten your skin and pores. It helps with oiliness and redness and also helps with “puffy-eyes”. Change of temperature entails blood to circulate differently, and that is a big game changer. In a long run it does help you to look better and to preserve your skin from aging. Looking online at what other people say about ice washing, you can notice that they also mention that their skin began to “glow”. Nice bonus! 😉
Conclusion? It is a nice practice to start your day with an ice-cube washing. Your face will look refreshed, eyes will look rested and… it certainly will help you to wake up! If you do it twice a day – in a morning and before going to bed, it won’t hurt you, for sure. One more tip – ice doesn’t have to be “just water”. You can use chamomile 🌼 water, cucumber water or other variation for your needs or desires. This will add even more benefits to the ice face washing, nourishing and cleaning your skin. First post of the new month!

I decided that first post of every month will contain wellness tips related to other things, rather than food. I want to share this very nice exercise that I discovered once on internet and using it since. Why it is so wonderful? Because it is very easy, takes only 20 seconds and with time it does work! Couldn’t believe it myself, but my butt does look better now! If you are busy, tired, you still can do it every day, because it is just 20 seconds! Of course, you can do it more often then once a day, it will be even better 😉 What I find also important, that it is so easy and fast, that it isn’t hard to make it a habit, because most of exercising plans fail, since we start doing too much right away and just getting “a hangover”.
So, what is this magic position 🙌? It is very similar to the yoga position named Chair Pose. I am attaching picture that came with this article about this pose, which is not written on English. So yeah, once or twice a day, 20 seconds, just stand still in this position and it will be a great beginning of your exercising routine! This position can work for any gender, if you don’t have any knees problems.
